Capvis is the new owner of Hess Natur-Textilien GmbH, effective 25 June 2012.
Primondo Specialty Group and Capvis signed and notarised the contract on 31 May 2012, pending competition clearance. The relevant German and Austrian competition authorities have now approved the transaction.
The contract has automatically come into force and Capvis is the sole legal and commercial owner of Hess Natur-Textilien GmbH.
