Clairvue Capital Partners, a real estate private equity investment fund manager, has hired Rachael A. Felker as an asset manager.
She will report to Clairvue’s founding partners, Jeffrey Giller and Brendan MacDonald, and undertake responsibilities related to the management and administration of Clairvue’s investment portfolio.
Prior to joining Clairvue Capital Partners, Felker was assistant vice president at Buchanan Street Partners, a real estate investment management firm specialising in direct investments and commercial joint ventures, where she was responsible for asset management, including leasing, cash flow analysis, capital projects, budgeting, and valuation of individual assets and funds.
Prior to Buchanan, Felker was a senior consultant and accountant with Deloitte & Touche.
“Rachael’s prior asset management and finance and accounting experience will be very valuable in managing our growing investment portfolio,” says MacDonald.
Clairvue is also planning to add vice president and associate level acquisitions professionals to its San Francisco-based team.
MacDonald adds: “Clairvue is expanding its investment team in order to meet the growing demand for fresh capital from real estate funds and other types of real estate investment platforms.”
