PrimeSource Brands, a North American provider of specialty branded building products backed by Clearlake Capital Group, has acquired Fortress Railing Products, a leading provider of railing systems designed for performance and ease-of-installation.
The transaction represents PrimeSource Brands’ ninth acquisition since partnering with Clearlake in December 2020. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Based in Garland, TX, Fortress Railing specialises in designing and distributing customisable steel, aluminum, cable, and glass railing systems, including infills, balusters, handrails, lighting, and accessories.
