The Italian company Marposs SpA., registered in Bentivoglio, Bologna, has acquired Dr-Ing. K. Brankamp System Prozeßautomation GmbH and its subsidiaries in Italy and the USA.
A team from CMS Hasche Sigle led by lead partner and M&A expert Dr Peter Baisch advised Marposs on the transaction.
Marposs is a global company operating in the field of precision metrology equipment for machining operations. Dr-Ing. K. Brankamp System Prozeßautomation GmbH has its registered office in Erkrath and is a highly specialised company which manufactures process monitoring and process automation systems.
