Coller Capital relocates Hong Kong office

UK investment firm Coller Capital, one of the world’s largest investors in the private equity secondary market, is relocating its Hong Kong office to Henderson Land Development’s new skyscraper, which is set to open later this year.

The report cites people familiar with the matter as revealing that the London-headquartered alternative asset management firm has signed a lease for 4,500 sq ft (418 sq m) of space at The Henderson.

Other known occupants at the building include another private investment firm, The Carlyle Group, as well as anchor tenant Christie’s and watchmaker Audemars Piguet, all of whom have taken at least one floor.

Coller Capital’s current office is at Two Exchange Square in Central, which is owned by Hongkong Land.
