Cubera closes latest Nordic secondaries fund at €780m hard cap

Cubera Private Equity has held the final close of its latest Nordic secondaries fund – Cubera X – at its hard cap of €780m, ahead of its target size of €700m. Including GP commitments the total size of the oversubscribed fund is €807m.

Carbon Equity launches infrastructure fund

Thomas H Lee Partners, one of the oldest private equity firms in the industry, has set a fundraising target of $6.25bn for its latest buyout fund, Thomas H Lee Equity Partners X, according to a report by Private Equity International.
