One Rock Capital Partners, a middle market buyout firm that focuses on manufacturing, chemicals and auto-retail companies, is to acquire Constantia Flexibles, a global packaging manufacturer, from Wendel, one of Europe’s leading listed investment firms.

Inflexion has agreed to sell its investment in Xtrac, a manufacturer of transmissions systems for the motorsport and high-performance sectors, to MiddleGround Capital, a US and European middle market private equity firm.

London-based private equity firm PX3 Partners has agreed to acquire Cofimco, a global provider of engineered air moving solutions used in industrial cooling applications, from publicly-listed, US-headquartered Chart Industries.

IK Partners’ IK VIII Fund is to sell its stake in Klingel Medical Group, a full-service provider of complex high-end medical technology components and custom products, to medical equipment manufacturer Elos Medtech.

Funds advised by Apax Partners and Fremman Capital are to jointly acquire co-controlling stakes in Palex Medical, from funds advised by current majority shareholder Fremman, and other minority shareholders in a deal that values the business at around €1bn.

OAG, the provider of a data platform for the global travel industry, has acquired Infare, a provider of competitor air travel data, from private equity firm Ventiga Capital in a deal valuing the combined entity at over $500m. 

Epiris, via Epiris Fund III, is to acquire Pure Cremation, a provider of prepaid funeral plans in the UK. The deal, Fund III’s third investment, is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to complete before the end of this year. Financial terms have not been disclosed.

Palamon Capital Partners, a pan-European private equity firm based in London, has completed the sale of 24 ORE Business School to Digit’Ed, an Italian managerial training hub owned by Nextalia Private Equity Fund.
