Vista Equity Partners, an enterprise software-focussed  investment firm, has sold its majority stake in Zapproved, an e-discovery software provider for corporate legal teams, to Leeds Equity Partners portfolio company Exterro, a provider of Legal Governance, Risk and Compliance software.
