After a first close on 23 March, Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management has held now held the final closing of the firm’s third European private equity strategy with €388m in total capital commitments.

Temasek-backed private equity firm ABC Impact has secured over $600m in its latest funding round, attracting capital from a diverse group of institutional and private investors as it continues to target high-impact investments across Asia, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal.

Carr’s Hill Capital Partners Management (Carr’s Hill), a New Orleans-based private equity firm focused on family- and founder-owned businesses in the industrial and infrastructure services sectors, has closed its first fund at $210m.

bd-capital, a pan-European, operator-led private investment firm, has held the final closing of its second fund, bd-capital Fund 2 at €430m in total capital commitments – 20% higher than its initial fundraising target of €350m.
