Patron Technology, a live event technology specialist and a portfolio company of private equity firm Providence Strategic Growth, has acquired GrowTix, a Salt Lake City based ticketing and registration company with a large clientele in the convention and fandom event space. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Hg, a specialist private equity investor focused on software and service businesses, has finalised an agreement for an investment in Intelerad Medical Systems (Intelerad), a global provider of medical imaging software and enterprise workflow solutions. The terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020, following satisfaction of customary regulatory approvals, have not been disclosed.

IK Investment Partners (IK), a pan-European private equity firm, has acquired a minority stake in private higher education specialist Groupe EDH (GEDH), which controlled by Quilvest Capital Partners and Amin Khiari. A pioneer in the field of communication (EFAP), cultural management (ICART) and journalism (EFJ), GEDH, which has been managed by Amin Khiari since 2014, secured investment from Quilvest in 2017 to support its growth plan and in particular its external growth operations.
