National Fire & Safety, an end-to-end fire protection and life safety solutions platform and a portfolio company of Highview Capital (Highview), has acquired RCI Systems (RCI), a contractor of fire-sprinkler services headquartered in the greater Phoenix area.
RCI was founded in 1993 by Todd and Cynthia Little. The company’s turn-key service offering includes the design, build, installation, inspection, repair and service of fire sprinkler systems servicing a range of occupancies and structures, including office, retail, medical, education, government, industrial, distribution, residential and parking. RCI will continue to operate independently under its current name and branding as part of National Fire
HelpSystems, a provider of IT operations management, security and analytics solutions, has secures a strategic investment from private equity firms TA Associates and Charlesbank Capital Partners.
The firms will join existing investors HGGC, management and employees. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Emplify, a data-driven employee engagement improvement company, has secured a USD15 million investment led by growth equity investor Edison Partners.
The company plans to reinvest the funds back into its core product and service innovation and into expanding its sales and marketing teams to drive future growth. Prior investors, including Allos Ventures, Cultivation Capital, Mark Hill, Bob Davoli from Gutbrain Ventures and 4G Ventures managing director Bill Godfrey, also participated in the round.

Audax Private Equity (Audax) has completed its acquisition of EIS, a distributor, fabricator, and converter of electrical process materials, wire, cable and assemblies serving end-user segments in electrical power and related markets.
EIS provides more than 100,000 products from 38 branches and four fabrication facilities to more than 20,000 customers across North America.

The infrastructure division of GED, GED Infrastructure SGEIC, is to sell its stake in Telecom Castilla – La Mancha (Telecom CLM) to a pan-European fund manager specialising in infrastructure Equitix.
The closing of the transaction will take place after the accomplishment of the Condition Precedents (Antitrust clearance amongst others).
Once the operation is completed, Equitix will control 55% of the company. GED’s stake in Telecom CLM was initially acquired by Ahorro Corporación Infraestructuras in September 2007. GED has been managing this fund since 2015, when the private capital funds manager acquired the infrastructure fund management business of Ahorro Corporación.

Värde Partners and Agam Capital are forming a joint venture pursue the acquisition, reinsurance and management of life and retirement businesses globally.

Anath Capital Group, the parent company of Garraway Capital LLP, has acquired London-based fixed income specialist, Stratton Street LLP.
