ERG is the largest independent clinical research site services company focused on special populations and a leader in central nervous system (CNS) studies. David Blume, Managing Director and head of the Firm’s Pharmaceutical Services Group led the ERG transaction team.

JAB is to acquire ready-to-eat food specialist Pret A Manger from Bridgepoint, an international private equity firm and its majority owner, and other minority shareholders.
The transaction is expected to be completed during the Summer 2018. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Ablatus was founded in 2016 as a spin out from the NHS, under the guidance of Health Enterprise East (HEE), to develop and commercialise patented Bimodal Electric Tissue Ablation (BETA) technology. The investment from NVM will support the company through the next stage of commercialisation, including ongoing product development.
