Brookfield Asset Management has completed the spin-off of Brookfield Business Partners, the primary public vehicle through which Brookfield will own and operate the business services and industrial operations of its private equity group on a global basis. BlackRock Real Assets has entered into an agreement to purchase GE Energy Financial Services’ 50 per cent interest in the Grandview wind project (Grandview). Grandview is now jointly owned by BlackRock and E.ON Climate and Renewables North America (EC&RNA), a subsidiary of E.ON SE, one of the world’s largest renewable power providers.  Grandview has been operating since December, 2014 and is located on 45,000 acres in Carson County, Texas in the ERCOT regional transmission origination system. Law firm, Mourant Ozannes, has advised 3i Infrastructure on the successful completion of a capital raise with gross proceeds of GBP385 million. 3i Infrastructure plc is a FTSE 250 infrastructure investment company. Capital raised will be used to fund the completion of the company's investments in Wireless Infrastructure Group and TCR and invest in further new investments during the rest of the financial year. Oakley Capital Private Equity (OCPE) has announced the successful completion  of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Time Out Group, which raised GBP90 million (gross). Since OCPE’s initial investment, Time Out has significantly grown and developed its digital media and ecommerce business, transitioned the magazines to a free print model in key geographies, consolidated the brand ownership by acquiring back the key licensee territories and acquired the Time Out food market in Lisbon, Portugal.   Time Out now has its largest audience in its 48 year history with an audience reach of approximately 111 million per month across all platforms
