ATADATA Solutions has reached an agreement has been made with its capital stakeholders to recapitalise the Company.
The Company will rebrand itself as ATADATA, which represents “Any to Any” for Enterprise-class application migration between any Data Centre, or Cloud Platform, for true Workload Portability. Furthermore, additional capital will be invested into the business for sustainable, long-term growth.

Bowside Capital has held the final closing of Bowside Capital Fund III, with USD37.25 million in capital commitments.

Bain Capital is combining three of its fresh food portfolio businesses – M&J Seafood, Pauleys and Wild Harvest – to form a new company, Fresh Direct.
The new company will be jointly owned by Bain Capital & Nigel Harris. Current Fresh Direct owners, Nigel & Colin Harris will continue to take an active role in the future success of the New Company.
The new Company will create an "all-in-one" fresh food destination for chefs and caterers, for their produce, fish and seafood, meat and exclusive fine dining product requirements.

Law firm Howard Kennedy has advised 31 venture capital trusts (VCTs) in the past seven months.

Shore Capital Partners has completed the recapitalisation of Oak View Animal Hospital, Patton Chapel Animal Clinic and Williams Animal Hospital to form Southern Veterinary Partners (SVP).
The company provides general practice veterinary services to companion animals including vaccinations, surgery, wellness exams, oncology, ophthalmology, allergy treatment and dermatology.
