New York-based private equity firm RF Investment Partners has acquired Rent-A-John, a US provider of portable sanitation facilities, representing the firm’s first acquisition under its newly formed portable sanitation platform. 
Apax Partners LLP is to acquire a controlling stake in Veriforce, a global provider of supply chain risk management solutions, from the software-focused private investment firm Thoma Bravo. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
UK mid-market private equity firm Palatine, via its Impact Fund, has acquired a majority shareholding in The MOLE Clinic, a healthcare provider aiming to lower skin cancer mortality rates in the UK through early-stage patient screenings.
