Connecticut-based private equity firm Olympus Partners has sold Soliant Health, an education and healthcare staffing company, to private investment firm The Vistria Group for approximately $2.5bn, less than five years after acquiring the business for $612m, according to a report by CT Insider.
US middle-market private equity firm Thomas H Lee Partners has made a majority investment in YA GROUP, an international professional services organisation providing consulting, engineering, risk mitigation and related services. 
SFW Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm focused on the industrial and life sciences technology sectors, has sold US materials science producer Micromeritics Instrument Corporation to Spectris for $630m. 
A consortium of private credit lenders, led by Blue Owl Capital and Ares Management, has taken control of Pluralsight, wiping out $4bn that Vista Equity Partners and its co-investors have invested in the company since acquiring it three years ago, according to a report by Bloomberg.

Guardian Restoration Partners, a home restoration platform backed by US private equity firm Alpine Investors, has acquired two restoration services businesses, Quick Dry Restoration and Spartan Emergency Water Removal, bringing the platform’s total acquisitions to five since its launch in April. 
Connecticut-based lower middle-market private equity firm Atlantic Street Capital has completed the sale of All Star Auto Parts, an alternative automotive parts distributor, to BBB Industries, a manufacturer for the automotive and industrial markets.
