The HgCapital Trust has agreed the sale of European software-as-a-service provider F24 to Altor, a Stockholm-based private equity firm investing across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and the DACH region.

French private equity firm PAI Partners and Spanish investment firm Inveready have collaborated on a bid for Avatel, Spain’s fifth-largest telecoms company, according to a report by Expansion, citing unidentified market sources.

Global private equity and credit firm Warwick Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Danforth Care Homes from UK care home developer LNT Care Developments. 

Growth capital investor BGF has invested £11.5m in UK leisure and hospitality EPOS solution provider Tevalis. The deal was led by Rob Johnson and James Baker from BGF’s Yorkshire and North East team.   

Texas-based alternative asset manager TPG and global investment group CDPQ have agreed to acquire Aareon, a European SaaS provider for the property industry valued at €3.9bn, from international property specialist Aareal Bank and US private equity firm Advent International. 

European private equity major EQT, through its EQT Infrastructure VI fund, has agreed to acquire storage services provider Constellation Cold Logistics from Arcus Infrastructure Partners.
