Investec Bank is increasing its holding in Capitalmind, a European M&A and corporate finance advisory firm, to approximately 60%, with Capitalmind’s Partners retaining the remaining 40%. Following completion of the transaction, Capitalmind will trade as Capitalmind Investec.
