European private equity investor Perwyn has acquired Monaco-based Cruiseline, a specialist in the online sale of cruises in the Mediterranean, North Sea, Latin America, and the Caribbean, in partnership with the company’s management team, which has been led by Pierre Pelissier since 2012. With nearly €200 million in annual revenues, more than 170,000 passengers transported per year, and more than 50 partner cruise lines; Cruiseline operates in France, Spain, Italy, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and Chile under several brands, including Croisières.fr, Croisières.com, Cruceros.com, Crociere.com, Cruise.us and Kreuzfahrtenplanet.com.   The company’s call centre in Monaco, housing over 300 employees, is backed up
Parabellum Investments, a private equity firm founded by international growth investor Rami Cassis, has acquired  Vantage Consulting Group, a US-based manufacturing automation firm specialising in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The deal significantly expands Parabellum’s existing portfolio company advanco making it one of the world’s largest independent pharmaceutical serialisation solutions providers. The acquisition of comes at a time when serialisation and automation services have become increasingly important amid the growing threat of counterfeit medicines. YO! Sushi
Mayfair Equity Partners has sold the Snowfox Group, a multi-channel and international Japanese food business, whose UK and US brands include YO! Sushi, Snowfox, Bento, and Taiko, to Zensho Holdings – a Japanese food service company – in a deal valued at $621 million.
Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, DC-area private equity firm, has acquired Pegasus Steel, a provider of complex fabricated steel structures used for the construction of submarines, aircraft carriers and other naval and industrial systems. 
MidOcean Partners, a New York-based alternative asset manager specialising in middle-market private equity and alternative credit investments, has appointed Ravi Saligram, former president and chief executive officer of Newell Brands, as an operating partner.
Ardian’s North America Fund team has acquired a majority stake in Tom Barrow Company, a provider of commercial HVAC solutions in the US Southeast. The management team and founding family will continue to own a meaningful minority share of the business.

VSS Capital Partners, a private investment firm investing in the healthcare, education, and business services industries, has made a growth capital investment in Olympus Cosmetic Group, a newly formed platform providing comprehensive cosmetic surgery, dermatological treatments and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. 
Funds managed by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities have acquired a majority stake in New Tradition Media, an ‘out-of-home media operator’ of digital and static signage for national brands and advertising agencies across the US.
