The report cites one of the firm’s partners, Krzysztof Krawczyk, as telling Polish state-run news agency PAP in an interview on Tuesday that the “company is made to be listed”.
According to Krawczyk, while CVC sees a listing in either Warsaw or abroad as the preferred path for divesting the business, a final decision on whether to proceed or not depends on “the condition of financial markets”.
Private equity investor interest is building in the environment, health and safety (EHS) software market with more than 50 transactions in the past two years, a new report from independent research and advisory firm Verdantix shows.
