Private equity firms Centerbridge Partners and Bridgeport Partners, have completed their acquisition of Computer Services, Inc, a provider of end-to-end fintech and regtech solutions, for $1.6 billion.
Private equity funds managed by Blackstone have signed definitive agreements with Satinder Singh Rekhi and other current promoters to purchase a majority stake in R Systems International Limited for up to $359 million.
KKR has led a $68 million Series B funding round in Advanced Navigation, a developer of AI robotics and navigation technology. The funding round includes participation from new investors such as deep learning venture firm AI Capital and existing investors, including Main Sequence.
San Francisco Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused exclusively on partnering with lower middle market companies across the consumer value chain, has acquired DGS Retail, a provider of décor, signage, fixtures, displays and other critical products to customers in the grocery, retail, foodservice and consumer brand end markets.

Bain Capital has agreed a JPY100 billion deal to acquire Japanese apparel maker Mash Holdings in one of the largest private equity deals in the country’s fashion industry, according to a report by Nikkei.
Ara Partners has acquired a majority ownership interest in Lincoln Terminal Holdings (Lincoln), a renewable fuel logistics and infrastructure provider in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic United States. 
Momentum Manufacturing Group (MMG), a North American metal manufacturing services provider and portfolio company of One Equity Partners, has acquired two precision machining services providers Evans Industries Inc (Evans) and Little Enterprises, (Little). Terms of the private transactions have not been disclosed. Founded in 1965Evans produces mission-critical components for the semiconductor and medical end markets. Its capabilities include machining, finishing and complex assembly, with a focus on working with specialty metal alloys. HIG Capital, a global private equity investment firm with $52 billion of equity capital under management, has acquired a majority stake in Onis Visa, a European operator in the design, assembly and sale of generating sets and motor pumps.  The investment of HIG will be in partnership with the Barro family who founded the company over 60 years ago and will retain the current management positions in the company.   Founded in 1960, Onis Visa is today one of the leading industrial groups in its market and is known for its advanced technical and engineering capabilities that allow the Group
Integrum, an investment firm focused on partnering with technology-enabled services companies, has completed the sale of MerchantE, an end-to-end payments and commerce platform, to Opn, the one-stop payments solutions company from Japan and Southeast Asia. According to sources the sale price is $375 million.   MerchantE serves the complex needs of mid-market B2B customers through unique integrations and end-to-end payment processing capabilities. Three private equity investors – Apax Partners, TA Associates and Carlyle – have made the shortlist to acquire a significant minority stake in Singapore-based engineering outsourcing firm Quest Global in a $1 billion deal that could value the business at around $2.5 billion.
