HTEC Group (HTEC), a global consulting, software engineering and digital product development company based in San Francisco, has acquired Sarajevo-based Mistral Technologies The deal makes HTEC the largest technology company in Bosnia and Herzegovina employing close to 600 experts in the country.
Argyle Capital Partners has partnered with Canadian family office Celina Capital to acquire TRS Components, a maker and installer of roof trusses, wall and floor panels for the new home construction market, according to a report by PEHub.

Swiss Foodtech Startup Planted, known for its clean-label biostructured meat, has closed a series B financing round of CHF70 million led by L Catterton, a global consumer-focused private equity firm.
L Catterton was joined by existing investors such as Vorwerk Ventures, re:food, Movendo, Be8 Ventures, ACE, ETH Foundation, Yann Sommer, as well as new investor Tengelmann Ventures in the round.

The financial terms of the transaction, which will see current CPS MD Liam Connelly reinvest alongside HIG, have not been disclosed.
