Revenue Management Solutions (RMS), a provider of automated healthcare payments reconciliation services backed by Thompson Street Capital Partners, has acquired OrboGraph, a subsidiary of KLA Corporation. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
The acquisition of OrboGraph brings together two providers of automation-focused healthcare remittance reconciliation technology and services. Combined, the company will process over 350 million annual transactions across over 14,000 National Provider Identifiers (NPIs).
As part of the transaction, OrboGraph’s industry leading AI-based check imaging and fraud detection solutions will operate as an independent entity, retaining the OrboGraph name, within RMS post-closing. Barry Cohen will continue

NorthEdge, a lower mid-market private equity firm, has supported quality assurance and testing firm Testronic, part of the Catalis Group, to complete two new acquisitions.
Testronic has acquired Check Disc Labs (CDL) and Giant Interactive, representing the third and fourth acquisitions for Catalis Group since NorthEdge’s investment into the firm in 2020.
The two deals follow a series of other bolt-on acquisitions in NorthEdge’s technology portfolio over the last 12 months.

Foresight Group (Foresight), a listed infrastructure and private equity investment manager, has provided a senior debt facility of up to £75 million to Impact Lending, a specialist property lender that provides senior and mezzanine bridging and development loans up to £10 million, primarily to UK SME residential property developers.
Founded in 2019, by property entrepreneur Robert Whitton and finance professional David Travers, Impact Lending is part of Impact Capital Group, which specialises in real estate, development finance, strategic land purchases, sustainable construction through modular manufacturing and flexible, smart office services.

Carlyle is to acquire a significant minority stake in CureApp, Inc, a Japanese medical technology (medtech) company and prescription digital therapeutics provider, for JPY7 billion as part of CureApp’s Series G funding.
Carlyle’s investment brings the total amount of capital raised by CureApp to approximately JPY13.4 billion. Carlyle will have one board seat as part of the transaction.
