Peterson Search Partners, a Peterson Partners strategy dedicated to search funds and micro-cap buyouts, has held the of its second fund (Fund II) at $100 million.
The fund is mandated to invest behind “search fund” operators into cash-flowing businesses.
Peterson Partners and Joel Peterson have been in the search space for the past two decades, backing search entrepreneurs in companies such as of PEC Safety, Stealth Monitoring, Integra, Design Communications, Performance Systems Integration, and HemaSource.
An affiliate of middle-market private investment firm Peak Rock Capital (Peak Rock) has closed on the sale of TNT Crust (TNT) to General Mills.
Headquartered in St Charles, Missouri, TNT is a provider of partially baked, self-rising, and better-for-you pizza crusts. TNT serves a diverse, blue-chip customer base including foodservice distributors, national pizza chains, and retail brands.

Global alternative asset manager ICG’s North American Direct Private Equity team has completed the acquisition of Seaway Plastics Engineering (Seaway), a provider of injection-moulded, engineered components and value-added services to the medical device, healthcare, specialty industrial, A&D, and other end markets in the United States.
ICG’s North American Direct Private Equity team will work with Seaway to grow the business organically, as well as through acquisition, in order to expand both its product and geographic footprint. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Ephelia Capital, a Swiss-based financial hub for Professional Investors, Entrepreneurs and Financial Institutions, has acquired a majority stake in financial asset streaming fintech Streamable Finance.
Ephelia Capital will now control 80% of the company and support its rapid growth through new investors and partners coming on board. The deal is part of Ephelia’s ongoing investment strategy and commitment to the DeFi and digital asset space.
Streamable Finance, a London-based fintech, allows users to stream financial assets on the blockchain such as currencies and securities and thus swap and stake them in order to earn fees and rewards.

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, has acquired Technical Safety Services (TSS) from The Edgewater Funds and JZ Partners.
Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Founded in 1970, TSS is a provider of testing, inspection, certification, and calibration (TICC) services to customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare and other life sciences end markets.

London-based property technology firm REalyse has secured a seven-figure investment from independent asset manager BOOST&Co, which is set to fund major growth and create several new jobs.
REalyse will use the investment to grow its sales division following the successful delivery of a number of significant projects for blue-chip clients such as British Land, Lloyds Banking Group and JLL. The business is set to create three additional sales roles, adding to its current headcount of 26, with potential for further expansion in the coming months.
