3i Group (3i) and its co-investor Cathay Capital, have entered into exclusive negotiations for the sale of its investment in Havea Group (Havea) to funds advised by BC Partners, alongside Havea’s management team.
Proceeds to 3i will be at a c50% uplift to its 31 March 2022 valuation.

Software investment firm Thoma Bravo has completed into acquisition of Anaplan Inc, provider of a leading cloud-native platform for orchestrating business performance, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $10.4 billion.
The acquisition was previously announced on March 20, 2022 and approved by Anaplan stockholders at the Special Meeting of Stockholders held on 21 June, 2022.

Kartesia, the European specialist provider of capital solutions for small and mid-sized companies, has provided a senior financing package of up to €58 million, including a €10 million uncommitted incremental facility, to Spanish telecoms operator Excom.
