Antelope, an omni-channel, pet wellness platform backed by private equity firm Alpine Investors, has acquired Diggin’ Your Dog and Super Snouts, a supplier of high quality pet CBD supplements, health products and treats. With this partnership, Diggin’ Your Dog and Super Snouts will continue to operate under its brand name within Antelope, and Christy Love will continue as its CEO.   Antelope was launched in August 2021 by Alpine and Founder and CEO, Wendy Wen, with the mission to build a next-generation conglomerate of high-quality natural pet brands.
Middle market private equity firm One Equity Partners (OEP) is to acquire ACI’s corporate online banking solutions, an API-driven solution for the banking industry, from ACI Worldwide. Upon completing the transaction, the entity will operate independently under the new name, Dragonfly Financial Technologies.
Mercer Global Advisors, a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) backed by Oak Hill Capital and Genstar Capital, has acquired Fure Financial Corporation (Fure Financial). Fure Financial is a wealth management firm headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota, serving approximately 300 clients with assets under management (AUM) of approximately $260 million.
Los Angeles-based private equity firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) has sold its portfolio company Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa (Hand & Stone) to funds managed by Harvest Partners, LP. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.   Hand & Stone is a leading franchisor and operator of spas offering affordable, convenient, and professional massage, skincare and health and wellness services. Hand & Stone currently operates nearly 550 locations in the US and Canada and serves a loyal base of over 500,000 members. The Company was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Trevose, Pennsylvania.
Alto Capital IV, a private equity fund managed by Alto Partners, has sold portfolio company CEI Group to White Bridge Investments, a private equity player in the Italian upper mid-market. CEI, founded in 1969, is one of the main international players in the development, production and commercialisation of aftermarket products for commercial vehicles above 3.5 tonnes. CEI was acquired by Alto Capital IV in April 2020, taking a majority stake from the founding family Boni. Elisabetta Boni, daughter of the founder, maintained her role in the Company as a CEO. NPIF Maven Equity Finance (Maven), part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund (NPIF), has invested £1 million in Chester based Moneyshake, an online vehicle leasing and purchase comparison site.
Findable, an Oslo-based startup that automates building documentation using Artificial Intelligence (AI), has raised a €2 million in a seed round led by KOMPAS, with participation by Construct Venture and Malling & Co Venture. The funding will allow Findable to scale its product and grow its customer base as it plans for international expansion across the built environment.  Findable digitises building documentation, using AI to automatically categorise documents and allows users to locate specific information via a search function. 
AnaCap Financial Partners (AnaCap), a mid-market private equity investor specialising in technology enabled financial services, is to invest in Further Underwriting International (Further), a digitally enabled specialist in the design and development of niche health insurance products and service solutions. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Madrid, Further has successfully established itself as a leading, high growth company in its specialty area, with business in over 30 countries through partnerships with more than 300 insurers and employer groups.  The partnership with AnaCap will enable Further to accelerate its global growth strategy with expansion into new geographies, product categories and partnerships, as
3i Group (3i) is to invest in xSuite, an accounts payable process automation specialist focused on the SAP ecosystem. 3i will invest alongside the previous owners, funds advised by Pinova Capital (Pinova) and the management team, who are reinvesting in the business as minority shareholders.   Headquartered in Ahrensburg/Hamburg, Germany, xSuite specialises in software applications for Accounts Payable Invoice Automation (APIA), which enable customers to digitalise, streamline and automate invoice processing, helping them to reduce costs, drive efficiencies, and improve quality.  
Queen’s Park Equity (QPE) has supported the MBO of TelcoSwitch, a provider of unified communications and compliance solutions supporting 140,000 active daily users across 65 countries. TelcoSwitch has been recognised in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 and the FT 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies. The investment will enable TelcoSwitch to explore further M&A opportunities, broaden its channel-focused product suite, increase headcount to better serve its customers and surpass 400,000 active users by the end of 2024. This will follow on from the series of successful acquisitions completed in the last 18 months, including OneVoice, PBX Hosting and SureVoIP.
