An affiliate of One Rock Capital Partners (One Rock) has completed the previously announced acquisition of Therm-O-Disc, a subsidiary of Emerson.
Therm-O-Disc is a designer and manufacturer of safety-critical sensors, thermal cutoffs and sealed connecting components primarily used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning, appliance, water heater, industrial, aerospace & defence, and transportation applications.
An affiliate of CenterGate Capital (CenterGate), an Austin-based private equity investment firm, has made an investment in RC Rasmussen Corporation (Rasmussen), a specialised equipment solutions provider supporting critical marine infrastructure throughout North America.

Technology company ZeroNorth has raised over $50 million in a recently concluded Series B investment round led by PSG Equity (PSG).
Existing investors AP Moller Holding and Cargill, also participated in the round.
ZeroNorth now has a trio of partners that will support the company’s ambitious plans for continued growth.
The Series B investment, in addition to the support of PSG Equity, will help to accelerate ZeroNorth’s growth over the coming years, enabling it to continue investing in product innovation, expanding its customer facing teams and pursuing M&A to add data, products and services to the ZeroNorth platform.
Suralink, a specialist in request list and workflow management software for professional services firms, has secured a strategic growth investment from Luminate Capital Partners.

Coralogix, a company using streaming analytics to rebuild the path to observability, has raised a $142 million Series D funding round, bringing the company’s total amount raised to $238 million.
New investors Advent International (Advent) and Brighton Park Capital (Brighton Park) co-led the round with participation from Revaia and existing investors Greenfield Partners, Red Dot Capital Partners, Eyal Ofer’s OG Tech, StageOne Ventures, Joule Capital Partners, and Maor Investments. Align Capital Partners (ACP) has acquired StenTech, a provider of surface mount technology (SMT) stencils, pallets, tooling, and related components to more than 2,000 customers across North America.

Westbridge portfolio company APEM Group has completed its biggest acquisition to-date and its third in under a year.
The Manchester-headquartered environmental consultancy has acquired GoBe Consultants, a planning and environmental services consultancy with offices in Devon and Glasgow. The transaction follows APEM Group’s acquisition of Woodrow in July 2021 and AQUAFACT earlier this year.
