The Agri-Business Capital Fund (ABC Fund) has completed a $3 million loan to Colombia-based Finamiga, which focuses on lending to small farmers and independent workers.
The lending brings the fund’s total number of investments to 23 companies worldwide, as it continues its missions to tackle poverty, improve the lives and livelihoods of smallholder farmers and increase opportunities for women and young people.
Monroe Capital LLC (Monroe) has closed its Monroe Capital Opportunistic Private Credit Fund I with approximately $500 million of investable capital, including targeted fund leverage.
The Fund has limited partner commitments from over 75 investors located across the US, Asia, Middle East and Europe.
Aaron Peck and Kyle Asher, Managing Directors and Partners of Monroe, are co-Heads of Monroe’s Opportunistic Private Credit Group.
The Fund received $286 million of LP commitments, plus targeted leverage of approximately $215 million.

Exegy Incorporated, a provider of front-office trading solutions differentiated by hardware acceleration, predictive analytics, and premium managed services, has acquired Enyx, a developer of FPGA-based, high-performance trading solutions.
Granite Creek Capital Partners, LLC, a private investment firm based in Chicago, in partnership with Knox Capital Holdings, LLC, has invested in Bundle, a national provider of compliant real estate document preparation services, to support its acquisition of Rosenberg LPA LLC (RLPA).
Together, the two make up the largest document preparation company and will continue to provide the best of process-improvement technology, coupled with the benefits of an experienced panel of attorneys.
As part of the Granite Creek investment in Bundle, Partner and Co-Founder Brian Boorstein will join its board.

Buff City Soap, a plant-based home and personal care brand franchise, has secured additional funding from General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm.
This new capital follows General Atlantic’s initial growth investment in Buff City Soap announced in June 2021 and makes General Atlantic the largest shareholder in the company.
Housfy, the end to end residential real estate service provider, founded by Albert Bosch, Miquel A Mora and Nuclio Venture Builder, raises a €30m Series B led by Frog Capital.

A/O PropTech, Europe’s largest PropTech venture capital firm, also participated.
Sharper Shape Group, a company in powerline inspection solutions for the utility industry has completed an $18 million Series B round, with Michael Harvey Trust leading the round.
The investment will support Sharper Shape’s ambition to enhance its Shaper CORE Living Digital Twin (LDT) offering, delivering improved safety, efficiency, accuracy and operational cost saving to utilities through enhanced digital inspection workflow decision making and management.
