Arcadia, the technology company working with energy innovators to fight the climate crisis, has raised $200 million in a funding round.
The round was led by an inaugural investment from JP Morgan Asset Management’s Sustainable Growth Equity Team.
The financing round features a series of new investors, including JP Morgan’s recently launched Sustainable Growth Equity Team, with participation from additional new partners Keyframe Capital, Broadscale Group, and Triangle Peak Partners, and existing partners Camber Creek, Tiger Global Management, Wellington Management, Salesforce Ventures, and Drawdown Fund.
Lead Capital Partners (LCP), a Nashville-based private equity firm focused on lower middle market buyouts of healthcare companies, has sold Common Cents Systems, (ApolloLIMS), to CliniSys Group (CliniSys), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Silvermark Partners LLC served as financial adviser to ApolloLIMS, and Hughey Business Law, PLLC served as legal counsel.
OncoHealth, a digital health company dedicated to oncology, has received strategic investments from Arsenal Capital Partners (Arsenal), a private equity firm specialising in building transformational healthcare businesses, and from McKesson Corporation (McKesson).
The investments will support OncoHealth’s innovation and delivery of its oncology-specific digital health solutions for people with cancer, and Arsenal will take a majority ownership stake in the business.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Trilantic Europe, a pan-European PE firm, has completed the purchase of Kantar Public.
Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Trilantic Europe will partner with the management team to deliver Kantar Public’s next phase of purpose-based growth to create a better public realm.
Silverfleet Capital, a pan-European private equity firm, has agreed to sell its majority stake in STAXS Contamination Control Experts (STAXS®), the Benelux company in value-added distribution of consumable products.
Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed and completion is scheduled for later in May 2022 and is not subject to further closing conditions.
The acquirer is a portfolio company of Franz Haniel & Cie GmbH, a family-owned company with a diversified portfolio of investments.

Keensight Capital will invest a significant stake in Bedford Consulting alongside co-founder Neil Doyle, and CEO Cathal Doyle.

ARX Equity Partners (ARX), a Central European lower-mid market private equity firm, has confirmed its majority acquisition of Brebeck Composite (Brebeck) sro, a Czech headquartered manufacturer of composite products from carbon fiber.

Bookaway Group has raised a $35m Series C round to accelerate its mission to digitalise the $157 billion ground transportation industry.
Led by Red Dot Capital Partners with investment from Tel Aviv listed insurance giant Menorah and New York based Tenere Capital, the Series C brings the total raised so far to over $80m, with existing investors Aleph, Corner Ventures and Entrée Capital also participating in the round. Red Dot’s Managing Partner Barak Salomon will join Bookaway Group’s board.

The transaction comprises a £500,000 investment from the North East Venture Fund, managed by Mercia Asset Management plc (Mercia) and supported by the European Regional Development Fund, a £300,000 from Mercia’s EIS Funds, and a £500,000 investment from the Finance Durham Fund, managed by Maven Capital Partners (Maven), established by Durham County Council and overseen by Business Durham.
