Real assets investor Vision Ridge Partners has sold a portfolio of mitigation banking assets in southeast Texas. Tendit Group, a portfolio company of private equity firm Osceola Capital, has acquired Salt Lake City-based Birrell Services. Ironwood Capital has made a subordinated debt investment to support Newbury Franklin Industrials’ acquisition of Metro Plastics Technologies and MoldTech. Newbury Franklin Industrials (NFI) is a value-added manufacturer and supplier of consumable industrial components for the North American maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) and general industrial markets. International web hosting business, Miss Group, has acquired Swedish web hosting business, Cloudnet. Headquartered in Stockholm, Cloudnet was established in 2010 and has grown to become Sweden’s largest managed hosting company specialising in the operating system Linux.    Cloudnet currently services c500 SME customers primarily located in Sweden. In the year ending December 2021, Cloudnet reported revenues of SEK25 million.   The company will join Miss Group’s growing team of over 300 people, adding to its customer base of >700,000 businesses globally in the Nordic and DACH regions, Europe and North America.
