OSF Digital, a provider of digital transformation services to companies worldwide, has raised USD100 million in a Series C investment round led by Sunstone Partners. Existing investors Delta-v Capital and Salesforce Ventures also participated in the round. OSF Digital will utilise the funding to accelerate service capability expansion, sales and marketing, industry-focused solutions, and aggressive mergers and acquisitions. In addition, OSF will focus on innovative product development and providing leading digital transformation solutions to its customer base at a greater velocity using AI and a tech-enabled team of consultants.

Lower middle-market defence and  government services, solutions, and technology focused private equity firmG odspeed Capital Management (Godspeed Capital) has made strategic investment in Huckabee & Associates, a echnology-enabled architecture, engineering, and consulting services and solutions firm specialising in innovative design, planning, and infrastructure solutions for education facilities in Texas. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. Through this investment, Godspeed Capital will partner with Huckabee leadership to establish the Company as the platform brand for a new architecture, engineering, and consulting (AEC) services and solutions growth strategy focused on providing cutting edge, technology-driven education design and engineering
Util, a global sustainability data provider measuring the social and environmental impact of companies and investment portfolios, has closed a seed round led by Eldridge, with participation from Oxford Sciences Enterprises, Cris Conde (former CEO of Sungard Bank), Andy Brown (former CTO of UBS), and Roseann Palmieri (former Head of Enterprise Data Management at Bloomberg LP), among others. Stellus Capital Management, LLC (Stellus), a in middle-market direct lending, has partnered with iCapital, the global fintech platform driving access and efficiency in alternative investing for the asset and wealth management industries. The partnership provides access to Stellus’ private credit strategy by leveraging iCapital’s industry-leading technology.
PolySign, a fintech company providing digital asset infrastructure to institutional investors, has acquired MG Stover, a full-service digital asset fund administrator. The acquisition supports PolySign’s Series C capital raise and adds key investors to its shareholder base including Soros Fund Management, Brevan Howard, and GSR.  Cowen Digital will also add to its equity position.
Tiger Global Asset Management has invested $30 million in Indonesian logistics startup Waresix, according to DealStreetAsia. The report cites regulatory filings for the information saying that the investment is part of larger Series B1 round being led by the New York-based investment firm.  As a rebuilt of the investment, Tiger Global’s stake in Waresix is now in excess of 8%.
The Carlyle Group has bolstered its healthcare investment capabilities with the acquisition of life sciences investment manager Abingworth, according to a report by AlternativesWatch. Financial details of the transaction, which is expected to close later this year, have not been disclosed. The report quotes “officials at the $301 billion Carlyle” as saying that the acquisition now allows Carlyle to operate across the life sciences and healthcare investment spectrum from venture capital to through to buyouts.
Omega Systems, a portfolio company of Pfingsten Partners and managed service provider to highly regulated and security-conscious businesses, has merged with ACE IT Solutions, a New Jersey-based technology solutions provider.
