Koinos Capital, through through the Koinos Uno fund, has acquired a majority stake in Tre Zeta Group, a manufacturer of sneaker and leather soles for the luxury fashion industry. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Based in San Donato (Pisa), Tre Zeta Group has a history dating back to 1967, with a long tradition of producing sneaker and leather soles for the luxury market. Over the last few years the group acquired other companies in the sector including Brenta Suole from Rossimoda (LVMH group), Tresse and Lasertac.

SDS Rx, a supply chain solutions provider focused on the last mile healthcare market backed by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired Mission Critical Delivery Solutions. Mission Critical is the second add-on acquisition since HCI’s platform investment. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Mission Critical is a non-asset-based logistics management company that transports critical pharmaceuticals from long-term care pharmacies to patients, with on demand and same-day service. Mission Critical positions SDS Rx to expand service to existing customers in new geographies and adds route density in select geographies.

Halfords is to use the proceeds of a GBP63.4 million share placing representing 9.9 per cent of previously issued share capital, to acquire tyre and automotive servicing business, Axle Group Holdings. Efficiencies from the deal are expected to add GBP18 million to Halfords cash profits by year five, with a third of that coming in year one.
The group believes the acquisition is “both strategically and financially compelling, delivering on Halfords’ objective of evolving into a business more heavily weighted towards Motoring Services.”
Halfords shares rose 5.5 per cent following the announcement.

Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

ClearCourse Partnership, a group of technology companies providing integrated software solutions, is to acquire Secure Collections, a Bacs-approved Direct Debit Bureau based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Secure Collections will join the Group’s rapidly growing Payments division and will bolster its direct debit offering, ClearDebit.
The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Blue Point Capital Partners has acquired Brimar Industries, a vertically integrated manufacturer and purveyor of high-quality safety signs, pipe markers, valve tags and parking and traffic signs.

Cennox, a portfolio company of York Capital Management’s private equity group (York Private Equity), has acquired FireKing Safety and Security (FireKing), a US-based financial safe and services business previously owned by Pfingsten Partners.
The deal enables Cennox to enter the traditional and smart safe manufacturing business, and further expands its deployment and maintenance services across FireKing’s 1,000-plus customers. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
