US Bank subsidiary, US Bancorp Asset Management, has closed on the acquisition of PFM Asset Management (PFMAM) originally announced on 8 July.
PFM Asset Management will continue to operate as a separate registered investment advisor. As part of the acquisition, more than 250 PFM Asset Management employees have joined US Bank.
WATI.io (WhatsApp Team Inbox), a comprehensive WhatsApp customer engagement tool for small businesses, has raised USD8.3 million in a Series A round led by Sequoia Capital India.
