Today, over 160 real estate organisations and 1.8 million tenants and housing market entrants use Zig’s software.

UK-based proptech startup Evo has secured GBP1 million investment Via the GroVentive investment platform.
At the next stage of growth, Evo plans to build partnerships with a variety of providers, including rent payments, utilities, grocery deliveries and transactions with local governments.

Actis company BTE Renewables (BTE), working in close coordination with Craftskills Limited and global environmental non-profit The Nature Conservancy (TNC), have arranged an innovative financing agreement for the Kipeto Wind Power Project (Kipeto), in Kenya, to advance local conservation efforts.

Wynnchurch Capital (Wynnchurch), a middle market private equity firm, has sold Critical Process Systems Group (CPS) to Exyte Group (Exyte), a specialist in the design, engineering, and delivery of high-tech facilities.
Headquartered in Boise, Idaho, CPS is a provider of mission-critical process solutions for highly demanding industries and applications, including the semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, life sciences and wastewater markets.

Maven Capital Partners (Maven) has led a GBP2.5 million funding round in Power Roll, a developer of ultra-low-cost and lightweight flexible film for energy generation and storage.
The transaction comprised two investments from Maven managed regional funds including a GBP500,000 investment from the Finance Durham Fund, established by Durham County Council and overseen by Business Durham and a GBP250,000 investment from the North East Development Capital Fund, supported by the European Regional Development Fund. A further GBP1.75 million was invested by existing shareholders.

Closed Loop Medicine has closed a GBP13 million investment round from a range of top UK and European venture capital investors.
The money has been raised to finance its personalised drug + digital therapy (DTx) combination products which are being developed to improve outcomes for patients and clinicians through precision dosing.
Round led by Ananda Impact Ventures and BGF, joined by a strong syndicate of investors including LifeArc, Longwall, Meltwind, IQ Capital, Downing Ventures and Cambridge Angels.
The financing was oversubscribed.

Afterparty, a technology company behind the new Web3 platform enabling creators to directly monetise and manage NFT collector relationships, has raised USD3 million in seed funding.
The round is led by Acrew Capital and TenOneTen Ventures with participation from Palm Tree Crew, Act One Ventures, Hex Capital, Red Light Management, and angel investors including Dylan & Brandon Lee, Louis Beryl, Dave Bonanno, Craig Clemens, Reade Seiff and Alex Kassan.

Parts Town, a distributor of OEM foodservice equipment parts, has secured a significant investment from Los Angeles-based growth investment firm Leonard Green & Partners.
Existing investor Berkshire Partners (Berkshire) will retain its majority stake in the company, reinvesting alongside the Parts Town management team and Leonard Green.
These investments will enable Parts Town to accelerate innovation across its supply chain, distribution and ecommerce operations while further investing in its team to drive sustained high growth. The transaction will also support the company’s rapid international expansion and its vision to extend into other mission critical parts categories including residential appliance
