Montagu, a mid-market private equity firm, has closed a €2bn single-asset continuation vehicle to extend its partnership with Wireless Logic, an Internet of Things platform provider. The oversubscribed fund, which is the largest single-asset continuation vehicle completed in Europe this year, will be managed by Montagu, with TPG GP Solutions as lead investor and CVC Secondary Partners and Partners Group as co-leads.
TSG Consumer, a private equity firm specialising in consumer brands, has sold its majority stake in collision repair firm Joe Hudson’s Collision Center to Boyd Group Services Inc, one of the largest operators of collision repair centres in North America. The transaction, valued at $1.3bn, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory requirements.
