Comitis Capital (Comitis) has acquired a stake in PetCo, a Austrian supplier of super premium dog and cat food.
With its three brands Dog’s Love, Cat’s Love and WOW, PetCo covers the entire premium and super premium segment. PetCo founders Stefan and Katharina Miklauz will continue to lead the company in the future and retain a significant stake. Joint goal of the partnership is to develop the company during its upcoming growth and expansion phase into a champion in the European market.

A portfolio company of Leeds-based private equity investor Endless has acquired GBP20 million turnover party brand Ginger Ray which is based in Weybridge, Surrey.
Amscan International, which has a turnover of GBP200 million and employs more than 300 people in the UK and 2,500 worldwide, has made the acquisition as part of its ambitious strategic growth plans.
It marks the Milton Keynes-headquartered global designer, manufacturer, distributor and retailer of party products and supplies company’s second acquisition in two months. The first was the purchase of Germany-based foil balloon printing technology business Luftballon-Markt in August.

The Luxury Bank has raised USD10 million from Dubai’s ICICB Group, an investment management company that fosters and funds luxury projects in banking, cryptocurrency trading, commercial real estate, and other related industries worldwide.
The funds will be leveraged across The Luxury Ecosystem’s various projects, including The Luxury Bank, The Luxury Foundation, a cryptocurrency PoS system, offline cryptocurrency exchanges, an NFT marketplace, a job portal, and a news magazine. The funds will also be used to complete The Luxury’s much-anticipated Luxandia, a metaverse platform similar to Second Life and Decentraland, which is dedicated to serving the luxury industry.

Kindred Group has completed the previously announced acquisition of the remaining outstanding shares in Relax Gaming, a growing B2B iGaming supplier.
Kindred Group announced on 2 July 2021 that it had entered into an agreement to acquire the remaining 66.6 per cent of the outstanding shares in Relax Gaming. London-based Fintech Crezco, a UK open banking payment solution designed to make B2B invoice payments as convenient as B2C card payments without the costs collected by companies like Visa and MasterCard, has raised GBP3 million in a seed funding round.
Founded in 2020 by Ralph Rogge and Igor Pikovsky of Rogge Global Partners – a USD60 billion bond fund which was sold to Allianz in 2016 – Crezco has already established unique partnerships with Xero, QuickBooks and other B2B platforms for invoice payments for millions of SMEs across the UK and Europe.

The acquisition strengthens ClearCourse’s e-commerce and online retail capabilities and sees the Company join the Group’s Business Services division.

AnaCap Financial Partners (AnaCap), a specialist mid-market investor, has closed two performing loan transactions in Spain from of its fourth Credit Opportunities fund.
The first investment is a portfolio of ~55,000 point-of-sale originated consumer loans, with a significant portion originating from the health and dental sector. The second investment is a non-core disposal of point-of-sale-originated auto and consumer loans from one of Spain’s largest banks, believed to be the first non-core bank disposal of performing auto loans in the Spanish market.
