General Atlantic has led a EUR100 million Series C funding round in online luxury watch marketplace Chrono24. This latest round follows Chrono24’s 2019 EUR 43 million Series B financing from Sprints Capital, former Richemont director Gianni Serazzi, and YOOX-NET-A-PORTER founder Alberto Grignolo, as well as the company’s EUR37million Series A from Insight Partners in 2015.
Champ Titles, a technology company that is changing the way that vehicle titles are created, managed, and transferred in the United States, has closed an USD8.5 million Series A investment.
The round was led by EOS Venture Partners and W R Berkley Corporation, and brings the company’s combined funding to over USD17.5 million.

GovSpend, a provider of government intelligence solutions and a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) and Endicott Growth Equity Partners (EGEP), has completed the acquisition of Fedmine, a provider of detailed federal government contracting and spend intelligence solutions headquartered in Rockville, Maryland.
Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

ChargePoint Holdings, an electric vehicle (EV) charging network operating in North America and Europe, has acquired ViriCiti, a provider of electrification solutions for eBus and commercial fleets for a total purchase price of approximately EUR75 million in cash, subject to adjustment.
The ViriCiti team, customer accounts and technology will become part of ChargePoint’s operations.
