Funds advised by local private investment firm Capital Partners (Searchlight) have entered into exclusive negotiations with Astorg and Mellby Gård for the acquisition of Flowbird, a provider of hardware, software and payments for smart parking and smart transport ticketing for municipal and privately-owned car parking and public transport systems. Terms of the negotiations have not been disclosed.
Founded over 60 years ago, Flowbird is the leader in the smart parking industry, working with more than 4,500 municipalities in 80-plus countries. In addition, Flowbird manufactures ticketing equipment, validation terminals and associated software systems for public transport.
Searchlight has entered into
Palamon Capital Partners (Palamon) portfolio company, connected insurance service provider FairConnect, is to acquire G-Evolution from Groupama Assicurazioni Italia.
As part of the transaction, FairConnect will establish a long-term strategic partnership agreement with Groupama, the leading insurance carrier in France, for the provision of advanced connected insurance solutions. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to complete in the second half of 2021.

HCAP Partners, a California-based private equity firm and nationally recognised impact investor, has invested in Myndshft, a provider of real-time medical benefits check and electronic prior authorisation technology. Terms of the investment have not been disclosed.
Based in Mesa, Arizona, Myndshft develops real-time medical benefit check (RTMBC) and electronic prior authorisation (ePA) software solutions for payers and providers. In line with the company’s mission to free up people to focus on the work that matters—providing care to patients—Myndshft’s end-to-end solution addresses the complexities and inefficiencies around providing accurate and detailed benefits coverage and out-of-pocket costs at the point-of-care to patients.
Geneva Glen Capital (GGC) has completed the sale of Southeastern Health Care at Home (Southeastern) to AccentCare, a national leader in post-acute healthcare based in Dallas, Texas.

Funds managed by Ares Management Corporation’s European Direct Lending strategy are serving as the sole lenders of GBP1 billion of available debt facilities to the RSK Group (RSK), a UK-based privately-owned multi-disciplinary environmental business.
