Pemberton, a European private debt manager transforming traditional credit markets, backed by one of Europe’s largest insurers, Legal & General Group, has arranged and underwritten a EUR265 million bond to support circular economy and recycling leader ReLife Group’s growth via acquisitions.
ReLife is a leading private Italian circular economy player focused on recycling of urban and industrial dry waste. Xenon Private Equity is its largest shareholder. The company’s 18 production sites are located in Liguria, Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto and Tuscany, with activities organised into four divisions: recycling, paper mill, paper packaging and plastic packaging.

ISA Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage immunotherapy company, has closed a EUR26 million funding round with participation from new investors including Invest-NL and existing investors including Regeneron.
The proceeds of this round will be used to advance the lead product ISA101b towards first marketing authorisation as well as to broaden the clinical pipeline of immunotherapies based on the Synthetic Long Peptide (SLP) platform technology.

Golub Capital has reported record originations in the second quarter of 2021, signing up over USD9 billion in retained and syndicated commitments and completing over 95 new and add-on transactions.
Originations in the quarter were 30 per cent higher than the fourth quarter of 2020, the Firm’s previous record quarter.

Phoenix Group Holdings is to sell Ark Life Assurance Company DAC (Ark Life) to Irish Life Group Limited (Irish Life) for a total cash consideration of EUR230 million (GBP197 million).
The cash consideration represents 0.91x Solvency II Own Funds and is payable on completion, expected by early 2022, subject to customary regulatory and anti-trust approvals. The transaction is not expected to materially impact Phoenix’s Solvency or Long-Term Free Cash positions.

Dogger Bank Wind Farm has signed a contract with Jan De Nul Group for the transport and installation of 87 GE Haliade-X 14 MW offshore wind turbines at the final Dogger Bank C phase of the project, located up to 200 km off the UK’s Yorkshire coast.
This third contract award follows the signature in 2020 of packages A and B, each featuring 95 units of 13 MW turbines. The contract is subject to Dogger Bank C reaching Financial Close in late 2021.
