Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) has sold its investment in ZorgDomein, Netherlands-based healthcare referral platform, to Rabobank.
Founded in 2000, ZorgDomein provides SaaS-based solutions to the Dutch healthcare sector. The Company connects various types of healthcare providers to patients through digital patient referrals, diagnostic requests and consultations. In 2019, over six million patients found the right care through 14+ million referrals in the ZorgDomein environment. More than 80,000 care providers, such as GP’s and specialists, use the platform on a daily basis.

Funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe (Equistone) have agreed to acquire a majority stake in Kusters Beheer, a group of six companies offering advanced manufacturing capacities for the production of high-tech precision components.
The financial terms of the transaction, which remains subject to approval from the relevant competition authorities, have not been disclosed.

The vendors of the family-owned bus operator, the Karlsson family, will continue to have a small equity stake in the business.

SGT German Private Equity has completed its merger with SGT Capital, to create an international, listed private equity asset manager based out of Germany.
The merged company expects sustainable, predictable net profits from market standard asset management fees of approximately EUR0.20 to EUR0.80 pa from 2022 onwards, depending on the raised fund volume. In addition, the merged company has the potential to generate earnings from other assets of SGT German Private Equity of about EUR25 million, in particular the investments in German tech growth companies of the wholly owned subsidiary German Startups Group VC.

Traliant, a provider of online workplace compliance training solutions, has secured a majority investment from funds advised by PSG, a growth equity firm partnering with lower middle-market software and technology-enabled service companies.
PSG’s Tom Reardon, Managing Director, and Chris Andrews, Principal, have joined Traliant’s Board of Directors. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
