Law firm Dentons has appointed Michael Bosco as a new partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice in Italy. In his new role, he will be responsible for launching and leading the US Desk in Italy.
Bosco, an American lawyer and member of the New York Bar, has been working in Italy for more than 20 years, having founded and served as managing partner of Shearman & Sterling’s Italian offices.
Bosco has extensive experience in cross-border capital market transactions, as well as in M&A, corporate finance and private equity. He has worked on important IPOs, privatisations and high-yield transactions. He has also assisted sovereign wealth funds, developing a particular knowledge of the Middle East market.
