Eldridge, a holding company with a diversified network of businesses across finance, real estate, entertainment and technology, is to acquire a minority interest in Langdon Park Capital, a Black-owned real estate investment company.
Eldridge will join global real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW), a founding investor in Langdon Park Capital, in supporting Langdon Park Capital’s mission to provide high-quality housing and well-operated business facilities in historically underserved Black and Latino communities across the US.
