Equistone in negotiations with Weinberg Capital Partners over Bruneau acquisition

Private equity investor Equistone Partners Europe (Equistone), has entered into exclusive negotiations with Weinberg Capital Partners (Weinberg) for the acquisition of Bruneau.

The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval and consultation with employee representative bodies.
Bruneau is one of France’s leading online distributors of office furniture and supplies. Founded over 60 years ago, the Group offers a wide range of products for all professionals. Based in Villebon-sur-Yvette, Bruneau employs approximately 750 people and generated sales of EUR312 million in 2016.
