Foresight Group (Foresight), a listed infrastructure and specialist regional private equity investment manager, has sold its holding in DA Languages Holdings Limited (DAL), an interpreting services business based in Manchester.
DAL was acquired by mid-market private equity firm IK Investment Partners for an undisclosed sum.
This is the third exit from the Foresight Regional Investment LP following the successful sale of Hedges Direct in February 2021 and Clubhouse Golf in March 2020, which generated returns of 5.6x and 6.1x respectively.
Following these three strong exits, Fund investors, which includes the Greater Manchester Pension Fund, will have received cash proceeds in aggregate of 1.8x cost, with 14 investments still held in the portfolio.
