London, Amsterdam, and Paris-based private equity firm Freshstream Investment Partners LLP has promoted Tom Carroll and Gilles Gradassi to Partner, while also expanding its team with three new hires across its Value Creation, Investment, and Investor Relations teams.
Carroll and Gradassi have been integral to Freshstream since its inception, helping shape the firm’s strategy of partnering with high-quality, entrepreneur-led businesses in the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, and France. Their promotions reinforce a senior investment team with over 15 years of collaborative experience.
Freshstream has also welcomed Marie-Louise Favre as Principal in Value Creation. Favre joins from LinkedIn, where she focused on commercial strategy, having begun her career as a consultant at Oliver Wyman in Dubai, bringing a strong record of driving commercial success within portfolio businesses.
Jules Frank has joined as Investment Associate from Moelis & Company, where he advised on M&A and financing transactions across Europe, while Karl Byrne joins as Investor Relations Associate from Schroders Greencoat’s private markets group, bringing expertise in investor engagement across alternative assets.
The Value Creation team now totals seven members, reflecting the critical role it plays within Freshstream’s strategy and covering key areas including talent, operations, technology, commercial, and sustainability.
These appointments follow the firm’s opening of a Paris office in 2025, highlighting its continued growth and strategy to deploy capital across Western Europe, with a particular focus on English, Dutch, and French-speaking markets.
