New Heritage Capital’s (Heritage) portfolio company Continental Services (Continental) has acquired Satellite Vending Company (Satellite), a provider of vending, micro-market and office coffee services in the Detroit market.
Satellite represents the first add-on acquisition for Continental, further strengthening its position as Michigan’s largest food services company.
Continental provides a wide range of custom dining, refreshment, and event services for more than 700 small and medium-sized businesses, blue-chip corporations, colleges, universities, business and industrial sites, and hospitals and medical centres. The Company’s custom-tailored services range from on-site corporate cafés, grab-and-go markets and traditional vending, to off-premise catering and event services.
Omnes Capital has acquired a minority stake in the ANI group through a EUR11.7 million investment from its Omnes Croissance 4 mid cap fund.
The transaction enables the transmission of ANI from its founder, Claude Patin, to his step-daughter Nathalie Bianchini and her husband, Patrick Bianchini, ANI’s current chief executive.

The number of alternative fund managers marketing into Europe through Jersey’s national private placement regimes (NPPRs) continued to rise during the first half of 2017 whilst there has been a strong uptake in the latest addition to Jersey’s regulatory regime, according to mid-year figures from Jersey’s regulator the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC).
As at 30 June 2017, 131 alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs) had been authorised in Jersey to market into Europe through NPPRs under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), up 14 per cent compared to the same time last year.

Investoo Group has acquired the social trading comparison site SocialTradingGuru.com for an undisclosed fee.
Launched in 2012, SocialTradingGuru.com is one of the biggest social trading comparison sites and works a number of partners including eToro, Ayondo and Tradeo. The deal includes all existing revenue share accounts.
