Investcorp Technology Partners has completed the acquisition of Impero Holdings Limited (Impero) for an enterprise value of GBP27.5 million for its fourth Technology Fund. Impero is the UK’s No1 provider of online student safety, classroom and school network management software. The acquisition, which was announced on 20 April 2017, has now received approval from the regulators. The firm has successfully closed 18 transactions in 2017 year-to-date against 14 deals closed over the same period in 2016 (on a total of 28 transactions in 2016).
