NVM Private Equity (NVM) has exited from Arleigh International, a European supplier of static caravan accessories and spare parts to Nasdaq listed LKQ Corporation, a supplier of alternative and specialist parts to repair and accessorise cars and other vehicles.  The sale represents NVM’s fourth profitable exit from its portfolio in the past six months with a 4x money multiple and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 24 per cent for NVM.  Nuneaton based Arleigh International has supplied spare parts and accessories to the UK caravan holiday home market since the late 1960’s. The second quarter Asset Allocation Report from TIGER-21, a peer-to-peer learning network for high-net-worth wealth creators, has highlighted evidence of a shift toward private equity and real estate investment. The report, which is indicative of the specific investments most attractive to TIGER 21's affluent member base, shows private equity and real estate investments now comprise almost half of members' portfolios. In the past three months, real estate investments inched up one percentage point to 26 per cent, while private equity remained flat at 23 per cent, but nonetheless represented its highest allocation level since 2007. High Road Capital Partners portfolio company All Integrated Solutions (AIS) has completed the acquisition of Great Lakes Fasteners Corporation. Private equity firm Falfurrias Capital Partners has purchased a controlling stake in Green Distribution, a specialist in the manufacturing and distribution of heat transfers and screen printed custom apparel.
