Ceros Capital Markets, a division of Ceros Financial Services, announced that it has, has completed a USD17.14 million Series A2 Preferred Stock financing round for Aquyre Biosciences, a US company which has developed and built a disruptive medical diagnostic platform for on-site adequacy assessment of tissue biopsies. 
UK-based Low Carbon Limited and the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) have joined forces to build a leading global renewable energy Independent Power Producer (IPP).  The partnership with MassMutual will also support Low Carbon’s ambition to raise third-party investment funds with the aim of directing capital into large-scale renewable energy infrastructure projects in the UK, Europe and selected global markets. Following Lonsdale Capital Partners’s (Lonsdale) sale of Cross Rental Services (CRS) to Elysian Capital (Elysian) in August 2021, Lonsdale has now made a significant reinvestment into the company to continue to support the expansion of CRS alongside Elysian. CRS is a market leading provider of Refrigeration & Catering and Climate Control rental equipment to blue-chip customers across a diverse range of end markets, including retail, manufacturing and facilities management. It was established in 2006 and has operations across the UK and Ireland. Lonsdale acquired CRS in December 2018 and, under its ownership, completed two bolt-on acquisitions in the UK market
Tikehau Capital is to acquire, on behalf of its clients, a 25 per cent stake in the share capital of MINT, a MADTech company that provides advertisers with a tool that automates the advertising planning and buying process.  Andrea Pezzi, Founder and CEO will retain control of the Company and benefit from Tikehau Capital’s support to accelerate and strengthen its development plan in Europe.   Founded in 2014, MINT is headquartered in Milan with offices in London and São Paulo and a total of 160 employees. Verdant Capital has closed four private equity-related transactions in South Africa with important fundraisings for Bridge Taxi Finance and Retail Capital, the sale of Nedan Oil and the sale of Baxi to MFS Africa. Verdant Capital has successfully raised ZAR300 million (approximately USD 20 million) in debt financing for Bridge Taxi Finance from a small group of leading international impact investors. The funding will be used to grow the institution’s lease portfolio. Riveter Capital, a private equity firm focused on investing in women- and minority-led companies, has completed the acquisition of Healthy Lunch Box, Inc, a food service provider of meals to children and adults. Based in Texas and founded in 1996 by Theresa Barajas, Healthy Lunch Box provides cafeteria-style meals to charter schools, private schools, Head Start programs, health clinics, and adult-care centres. Customer data specialist business, Edit, has been sold to The Salocin Group (Salocin) in a deal financed by NVM Private Equity (NVM). The deal which has seen NVM invest GBP14.8 million will also see Edit’s leadership team take a stake in the business. The Salocin Group is a data driven marketing services group, headed by serial marketing services and customer communications entrepreneur, Nick Dixon.   Edit, formerly part of Kin + Carta, delivers unified data solutions, acquisition, and retention campaigns for some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Jaguar Land Rover, Tesco Bank, The British Heart Foundation, and Shell.
