Marc Shore and Dennis Kaltman have formed Max Solutions, Inc (MS), a differentiated packaging platform serving customers’ needs for quality, service, next generation innovation and sustainability.
Shore and Kaltman have a long history of success in the packaging industry, most recently at Multi Packaging Solutions and Westrock. Prior to that, Shore was the CEO of Shorewood Packaging. The funding for MS will be provided by Jefferson Capital Partners, Ltd (JCP) a private equity firm located in Richmond, Virginia. JCP recently closed Jefferson Capital Partners V LP, a fund solely dedicated to investing in MS.

It has approximately USD1.1 billion in combined assets under management and assets under contract.

Honeycomb Network, an Imperial College London spinout developing smart charging and storage infrastructure for e-scooters and e-bikes to accelerate micromobility adoption in the UK, has secured GBP127,000 in pre-seed funding from SFC Capital, the UK’s most active seed stage investor.
The funding will support the development of prototypes of the company’s storage and charging pods and rollout of a pilot scheme.
